Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our product ALL sales are final. However, as a courtesy to our customers (At our sole discretion) we offer a 7 day Exchange Policy.

We will accept an exchange 7 days after the purchase date if the hair has not been used or altered in any way, shape, or form. The hair MUST be in its original packaging with original labels attached in order to be exchanged.
